The Cuban government on Tuesday again denied any involvement in or any knowledge of a mysterious series of health incidents that have affected American diplomats in Havana. A flight from Manchester, England, to Marrakech, Morocco, was forced to divert to Lisbon on Monday after a passenger allegedly assaulted cabin crew members and launched a racist tirade on fellow passengers.
